Whilst Train to Gain is not new, the London Women″s initiative is. It″s available to all women to train to Level 3, whether they have no qualifications or a PhD. It is predicted that by 2016, 70% of jobs in London will be taken by women, but currently not enough women are trained with the skills some businesses need.
